The world of the old testament
Ever felt challenged reading the Old Testament? Ever felt confused by the violence, the archaic rituals, or the way God and God’s people are presented? Join us as we seek to discover the beauty of the heart of God as revealed in the Old Testament and explore the cultural and literary features that undergird its writing thousands of years ago, hoping to demystify some of these things that can make us feel overwhelmed and/or defeated as we seek to know God's word.
Every other Tuesday Night for July and August from 6-8pm in the Northlake Prayer Room.
